In response to the uproar, Bungie took to Twitter to address the multitude of issues head-on. Expressing their regret, they assured players that they were working tirelessly to rectify the connection problems. Thankfully, progress updates were provided, and many of the initial connection issues were swiftly resolved. Bungie also prioritized fixing the errors that were forcibly ejecting players from activities, ensuring a smoother gameplay experience for all.

Moreover, for those who missed out on pivotal cutscenes, Bungie offered a solution: players could access a Replayable Missions node on the Pale Heart map to relive the moments they may have missed. This gesture was welcomed by the community, alleviating some of the disappointment caused by the technical difficulties.
