Parents sometimes make up crazy stories to explain things or rules to children. From the Tooth Fairy to waiting an hour after eating before going swimming, there are all sorts of stories that children believe far into adulthood. However, sometimes kids also make up their own creative explanations.

Such is the case here. This little girl saw a woman covered in tattoos and was convinced that her mom had to put them on every morning.
